2.1.3. Conversion Statement
“All payments will be made in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount charged to your credit card is determined by converting the price in Euros to Serbian dinars, based on the current exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia.
When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of the credit card association. Due to this conversion, there may be a slight difference from the original price listed on our website.”

2.1.5. Product Delivery and Possible Limitations
Products purchased from verified sellers are delivered by courier services that cover the entire territory of Serbia.
How can I get free delivery?
Some sellers offer free delivery for a certain order amount. For example, a seller may offer free delivery within Serbia for orders over 12,000 RSD.
Do I pay for delivery for each product separately?
No, if you purchase multiple items from the same seller, you only pay one delivery fee, calculated based on the total weight of all products. For example, for two items, each weighing 2kg from the same seller, you only pay 50 EUR, instead of 50 EUR for each package.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free within Serbia, while the delivery cost for the rest of the world is 50 EUR. All prices include VAT.
When will my package be delivered?
The delivery time is specified for each product. If you purchase multiple products, the delivery time will be the same as the longest delivery time among the items.
Delivery Conditions
Delivery is made to the entrance of the residential building at the specified address. In the case of apartment buildings, the courier is not required to carry the package to the customer’s floor but to the entrance of the building.
2.1.6. Complaint Policy
If you wish to make a complaint regarding any product you purchased through our website, you can do so by sending an email to info@formidablebymina.com. All that is required to exercise your right to a complaint is proof of purchase of the product in question. For every purchase made through our website, a fiscal receipt will be sent to the email address you provided during the purchase as proof of purchase. It is important to keep all documentation until the expiration of the two-year period during which the seller is responsible for product conformity, or for the duration of the warranty period, if the manufacturer has issued a warranty card. Please also retain the original packaging.
After submitting a written complaint, we are obliged to confirm the receipt of your complaint and provide the complaint number in our records. We are required to respond to your complaint within 8 days. It is important to note that we will count the 8-day period from the moment you send the goods to the agreed address, as we can only determine if there is a defect upon receiving the goods. When it comes to complaints, formidablebymina.com will cover the cost of shipping the package to the service or supplier via the postal operator we work with, Bexexpress. Our response after receiving the package will include a decision on whether your complaint is accepted, a statement, and a concrete proposal for resolving the complaint. If the complaint is accepted, we are obligated to resolve it within 15 days, or 30 days for technical goods. If there are difficulties in resolving the complaint, we will seek your consent to extend the complaint resolution period.
If your complaint is not accepted, you will bear the cost of returning the goods and the diagnostic cost according to the authorized service’s price list.
If the purchased product stops working after a certain period of use, while it is still under warranty, you can directly contact the service center. However, we advise you to contact us regarding the complaint so that we can assist in resolving it.
For damaged shipments, please report any transport-related damage, missing parts, or product malfunction no later than 24 hours after receiving the shipment. If there are visible damages to the packaging, we advise you not to accept such a shipment.

“In the case of returning goods and refunding the customer who previously paid by any card, in part or in full, regardless of the reason for return, Formidable by Mina is obliged to refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, Amex, and Dina payment methods, meaning the bank will refund the funds to the cardholder’s account at the seller’s request.”
